The One-to-One format that has now become a new standard for education events was invented by Advent’s Founder and CEO, Christophe Coutat. Between 2004 and 2016, the company organised over 600 tailor-made education events in 5 continents.
The key concept of the format is careful candidate screening before each event. We thoroughly match MBA and Masters candidate profiles and preferences to each business school’s admissions criteria.
A dedicated team of 75 professionals caters to all aspects of the event: overall promotion, logistics, candidate screening and selecting suitable candidates for each participating programme. Events are promoted through dozens of targeted media channels in each location in order to attract candidates for One-to-One meetings with some of the 200 top business schools attending the Tour.
Advent Group also offers the opportunity for schools to participate in online events. Such is @ccess Schools – a dedicated platform for online MBA and Masters candidate meetings through Skype, live chat, and email. Business schools receive a personalised booth featuring their logo, school profile, brochure and own video. They also get access to a candidate search tool, calendar of meetings, notifications, and emailing system.
