What Do We Do?

An independent French media agency with more than 50 employees of eight nationalities based in Paris and Sofia, we are the founder of the worldwide Access MBA and Access Masters Tours. These are a series of events where the Admissions Directors of top internationally accredited business schools meet one-to-one with selected qualified candidates for their MBA and Master’s programmes.
With 85 events per year on six continents, we are constantly exploring new markets and improving what we do to provide clients and candidates alike with the best possible service.

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for responsible and self-motivated individual with an international outlook to join our growing team. The applicants we select will be good team player with a strong sense of professionalism and a customer oriented approach. We are currently looking for a Marketing Development Manager to join our team in Sofia.

The Job:

As part of a recent online social network project orientated towards the candidates’ preparation studies, you will be first responsible for the digital marketing strategy to promote this online platform and forum. The position is going to expand within 6 months to take the lead of the entire project including team management and business development.
More specifically, your responsibilities will be: At first: Tracking trends and monitoring the competition; Monitoring the company’s online reputation; Managing and delivering the Social Media strategy; Defining the digital marketing strategy to drive traffic for the forum; Creating a media plan on and offline to promote the website internationally; Listening to the customers’ needs; Improving and creating new functionalities on the website. Within 6 months in addition: Managing a team of experts – content, IT, forum, animation; Managing existing clients and looking for new potential ones; Managing the development of the project along with the managing director.

The Requirements:

A university degree in Marketing and Advertising or relevant; Professional experience in International Internet Marketing, in the organization and promotion of online events, Social Media; Experience in managing an online society/ forum/ blog; Knowledge in Google Analytics; Knowledge in the sphere of higher education is an advantage; Excellent English language skills – verbal and written; People management skills; Goal-oriented with willingness to win; Self-driven personality; Innovative and creative.
