Sales Coordinator (Maternity cover)

Advent Group is currently recruiting a Sales Coordinator for our Sofia office.

The Role:

The role of the Sales Coordinator is to support the sales team based in Sofia, Paris and Montreal in their daily communication with the clients.

More specifically, you will be:

- Involved in the preparation of school profiles and panels for the different events – collecting information from our clients and coordinating the posting on our websites
- Coordinating the organization of online live sessions – Access MBA Live and Access MBA Spotlight
- Keeping our clients database updated
- Assisting in the collection and validation of the content of the client newsletter twice a month, as well as for the Annual Guide
- Conducting different analyses on our projects to support the Account Managers

The Requirements:

- A University degree, preferably in Business related field
- A year of previous working experience, preferably in marketing, client relations,  business analyses
- Fluent oral and written English is essential
- Knowledge in Excel is needed
- Excellent communication and organizational skills<
- Ability to work in a team and positive attitude
- Multitasking ability and attention to detail
- Knowledge in Excel is needed
